Welcome to Ilahinoor class where you can choose to experience Ilahinoor divine golden light now......The practice is very simple......Say Ilahinoor 3 times aloud with me now...........Ilahinoor.........Ilahinoor.........Ilahinoor........And feel the golden light entering your body and all that you are.......down through your head,......... your neck.......... your shoulders as you relax more........ and feeling the flow more.......... as the golden light of Ilahinoor flows down your arms......... and out your hands.........and also flows down your body through your chest ..........and stomach......... then hips........... and legs........ .. and feet.......... Place you hands on your head and feel the concentrated flow of Ilahinoor flowing through your hands into your head.......... relaxing you and slowing your thoughts ........and more buzzy. Flow through the hands can be felt as vibration or heat or other sensations which is distinct for you.........After a while you can change your hand position to any other part of your body. Enjoy the meditative experience and the golden light of Ilahinoor.............Enter silence for 10 or 20 minutes,.,..........Gently come back.........You may choose to thank the consciousness for the blessing.........Your practice can be short or long, it's up to you. Practice more, accelerate more........Note that when your no longer aware or present with Ilahinoor the flow will stop on its own........If you wish you can use your hands to help you feel, guide with intention the energy consciousness flow from above your head ........ through your head body and being........There is no wrong way to practice.......be guided by yourself........Practice daily and move your life towards the Golden Age and 5D..........The more you practice, the faster you can move forward into 5D...........You can choose to practice anywhere any place........To experience deep practice it's best to be in a place you won't be disturbed or practice before sleep or before you rise in the morning or both or a dedicated practice time........or all of these.....I request that you spread this practice to 3 people,...and in that way we can together bring in the Golden Age faster......Give freely without limitations...as you have been given........Join the regular free practice class online...... I personally experience ilahinoor as a soft very powerful energy/consciousness which can be felt as it flows in the body. with constant invoking daily of this consciousness you will feel it working deeply yet softly, dissolving past blockages, and pain in all areas of physical, mental and emotional.
i wonder if you can accept that something given freely can be as powerful or more powerful than any course which is thousands an thousands of dollars
